Having taught for over 15 years I am now the Secondary Director of Education for the QEGSMAT. I have experience in delivering high quality learning and teaching, have led an effective team as a Curriculum Leader and became an Assistant Headteacher responsible for leading a very successful Sixth Form for 4 years. I became a SLE in 2016 for curriculum development and school improvement, I am a National Pupil Premium Reviewer and have recently provided school to school support within the locality. The support provided has resulted in a school designated Special Measures to improve its judgement; I now provide school to school support and carry out PP Reviews in all phases of education and work with external providers to quality assure provision and standards. I am the Designated Safeguarding Lead for our Secondary Schools.
